What is Totalbarre™?
This training at the Ballet Barre is a high-energy and dynamic program that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base.
This Programm has exercises in standing at the Barre with and without small equipment like a mini Ball, toning balls, roller, therabands and tubes.
The TOTAL BARRE™ is also based on the Basic Principals of STOTT PILATES and is for everybody! The exercises are choreographed on music so this is a real fun training!! TOTAL BARRE™ is a full body training for body awareness and correct biomechanics of movement that focus on increasing strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It truly is a program geared for everyone, no dance experience required!
